We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Erica Sprenkel to the position of Vice President of Compliance & Franchise Development at Talem Home Care. Erica has been a valued member of our team at the Broomfield office, where she served as the administrator. With over 25 years of experience in senior care, including roles as a Regional VP for a national hospice and Executive Director of assisted living facilities, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

As the VP of Compliance& Franchise Development, Erica will be instrumental in supporting our franchisees and ensuring their success. Her focus will be on:

• Compliance: Monitoring franchisees for adherence to brand standards and their franchise agreements, as well as helping to ensure consistency of the culture, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• KPIs: Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and franchisee success.
• Training: Designing and implementing robust training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our franchise teams.
• Franchise Engagement and Liaison: Acting as a coach to help franchisees set and achieve their business goals, holding them accountable for growth, and serving as a liaison to ensure franchisee satisfaction and support.

This promotion reflects our continued efforts to provide the best support possible to ensure franchisee success. Erica’s extensive background in senior care and her dedication to excellence make her the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that her leadership will greatly benefit all our franchisees.

It’s important to note that Candy will continue to be a vital part of our team as the Vice President of Operations. In her role, Candy supports franchisees by sharing best practices for both operations and sales and help conduct site visits in efforts to ensure our franchisees operate efficiently, consistently,  and successfully.
